"I'm Bored" Maintenance

I'm bored, so I'm finally getting around to doing some of the stuff I've been meaning to do, like setting up a proper blogroll, adding RI to the TTLB Ecosystem, and generally doing a little site housekeeping.

Let me know if anything looks screwy. My html doesn't even come up to the level of rusty, I'm afraid. Oh, and the blogroll is supposed to show randomly! :)
